I remember when I was putting together the Move to Spain Masterclass..
I spoke to a man who had always dreamed of moving to Spain, specifically to a small whitewashed town in Murcia called Mojácar.
But, he said, life had always gotten in the way, and he’d kept putting the move off.
It was now too late. He had some health issues, and a big move simply wasn’t possible anymore.
That conversation really touched me. I felt for this man and his unrealized dream.
Sure, he was happy in his life and at peace with not having made the move.
But I couldn’t help but wonder what life might have been like for him if he had made the move.
I know it sounds cheesy, but I realized that my motivation for offering the Move to Spain Masterclass isn’t just about helping people with the logistics of moving.
It’s also about giving people a first tangible step towards realizing a long-held dream.

People sometimes ask me if I’d ever move back to NZ.
Not in a heartbeat.
Yes, I love New Zealand and miss my family there.
But this is my chosen life, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
I feel incredibly grateful for the life that Spain offers me and my family.
